1) This weekend I got up from the dinner table to go get something. Erik told Victor he wanted to get up because he had to ask me something. Erik came charging into the kitchen and said as sweetly as can be, "Mom, Do you need me to help you with anything?"
2) Today as I was getting lunch ready Erik was watching from the island stools.
Erik: " Mom, where are you going to eat lunch?"
Me: "I don't know probably at the brown table. Why?"
Erik: Patting his bench he said, "I want you to sit here because I really want to be close to you."
