Train Table

Yesterday, I took Erik and Lainey to Barnes and Noble to play at the train table. Erik has always liked this but yesterday he couldn't stop talking about it. On a whim, I looked to see what was available on Craig's List.

I found a great deal! The table, 20-30 trains, spiral track, lots of track 'props', 100 pieces of regular track all for $180.
Best deal ever!
I am guessing if I bought this new in the store it would be around $800.
The oldest kid in the family we bought it from was 3 years old.
He wanted something bigger and better - his parents obliged.
Gross! Only in northern Virginia would a 3 year old think he needed something better than this collection (and have parents who listen to him).

Here is a fuzzy (Victor took it and had it zoomed out too far so the quality is terrible) of Erik discovering his train table.

Man, that is NI-ICE! Look at that two story track, even. Lucky for Erik that other boy was overindulged!
